When Corrections Are Issued
Corrections are issued when:

A quote is misattributed or incorrectly transcribed

A misleading headline or phrasing requires clarification
Types of Corrections
1. Minor Corrections
Small grammatical or formatting errors may be fixed quietly unless they alter meaning.
2. Standard Corrections
These include factual errors. A correction note will be added at the bottom of the article explaining the change.
3. Major Updates
If an article significantly changes due to new information:

The date and nature of the update are stated clearly
