Liberal minister had ‘candid’ talks with Mark Carney over pipeline deal, source says

Steven Guilbeault has had “candid” conversations with the prime minister since Tuesday, when he first saw the draft of an impending deal to set conditions for federal support of a new Alberta oil pipeline, according to a senior government source.
