Did you achieve your 2025 New Years resolution? The Globe wants to know

Published on

Ah, 2025. Can you believe it’s almost over? Remember back in January when we all made promises to ourselves that this would be the year? Maybe you said you’d finally hit the gym, or save more money (by taking advantage of those New Year, New Me gym membership prices), or even that you would commit to learning a new skill. Maybe it was something smaller, like quitting coffee or sugar.

Whatever it was, now’s the time to check in on how you did. Did you crush it or completely forget about it? The Globe wants to know – and no judgement here! It’s the perfect time to reflect on the journey that was your 2025 New Years resolution and set yourself up for next year.

Tell us about how successful you were in achieving your resolution and the challenges you overcame. Share your story in the box below or send us an e-mail at audience@globeandmail.com. If you’d like to include a photo, submit it using this link.
