The successful candidate will have post-secondary education in engineering or occupational health and safety and extensive experience in construction and industrial health and safety. Nurse Practitioner
The city is currently seeking multiple healthcare professionals to join its Seniors Services & Long Term Care, LTC Regional Services division. Nurse practitioners will deliver primary healthcare to residents in long-term care homes and perform physical examinations. They’ll also be responsible for completing the health history for a resident’s situation, including physical, psychosocial, cultural, and ethnic dimensions of health.
To qualify, you’ll need to be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class (Primary Health Care or Adult) and have experience as a nurse practitioner in long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation, continuing care, or primary care.
